OFFICE SUITES
Station Square Office Suites come with a mailbox and use of address and includes all utilities and basic wi-fi. A discounted Downtown Business Center Membership is available for an additional $80.00 / month. This would allow you and your company access to our scheduling platform to reserve one of Station Square’s 7 multiple use meeting/training/conference rooms.
THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS CENTER
- The Downtown Business Center Membership : $125.00 / month for a 6 month minimum
- The Downtown Business Center Virtual Office Membership : $175.00 / month for a 6 month minimum (includes mailbox and use of address)
- The Downtown Business Center Virtual Marquee Membership : $175.00 / month for a 6 month membership + $250.00 / year for Marquee Listing (one time cost of sign additional fee)
- Reservations are made through our interactive and convenient APP platform- SKEDDA
- There are 7 reservable spaces that seat 4 – 50 people
